White Cement CEM I 52.5 N
The white cement CEM I 52.5 N is characterized by high purity, excellent strength and optimal workability. With an early strength of at least 20 MPa after 2 days and a final strength of at least 52.5 MPa after 28 days, it guarantees long-term load-bearing capacity. The high whiteness (L value approx. 94-95% according to the Hunter scale) and the fine grinding (Blaine value approx. 4000 cm²/g) ensure not only an aesthetically pleasing surface, but also excellent workability. A low alkali content minimizes undesirable reactions in the concrete, while low values for SO₃ (≤ 4.0%) and chloride content (≤ 0.1%) reduce the risk of reinforcement corrosion. Low shrinkage and high volume stability (Le Chatelier expansion ≤ 10 mm) as well as optimized hydration times (initial setting time ≥ 45 minutes, final setting time approx. 170 minutes) make this white cement the ideal choice for architectural applications, decorative concrete products, precast construction, dry mortar, soil and road construction as well as special artistic projects.
